In the last couple of years and more so in the last 18 months, exponential growth in software development has turned an even bigger eye into Nearshore models. However, more than just a Nearshore model, where software developers come in -develop- and leave- enterprises need longer term solutions to how technology is implemented.
Moving beyond the nearshore model, we have defined a set of elements and standards, in our commitment to add the best value to our customers. We have outlined three main elements that are crucial for companies who want not just to survive but to thrive in a competitive and evolving market:
- Starting with Robotics as a Service (“RaaS”). Our business model is based on turning your CapEx into OpEx, moving to a 100% subscription model on how your robots provide services to you. The bot is at your service, as we provide support throughout its lifetime. You can use RaaS in your payroll, accounting, customer service, etc. Automation does not need to be a financial hit, but rather a solution to your finances. Our subscription model means we are here for you, supporting your business through robotics.
- Second aspect is the holistic business review. We truly believe in studying your business, understanding the needs and determining (i) urgent needs and (ii) strategic needs. We are not here just to provide you with RaaS, we are committed in making RaaS successful. Customers need to take the best out of robotics. The right implementation of a robot with the appropriate strategy means a positive impact on your revenue, operations, and efficiencies, as well as on your customers and employee satisfaction.
- Implementation of RaaS into the business model can be disruptive, especially for employees. This shouldn’t be the case. We want RaaS to be successful and for that we add a Human Element to the implementation and advice on the proper Change Management approach.
